About me
Dain Johnson is an engineer-turned-psychologist who coaches technical experts to become high-performing organizational leaders. Dain spent ten years working on and leading high-tech projects destined for the ocean floor to the lunar surface before becoming a leadership coach. He began his career as a mechanical engineer for a global energy company working in nine countries on multi-billion dollar capital projects and groundbreaking technology development joint ventures. As an engineer, he learned the importance of organizational structure and corporate discipline and the challenges that even successful corporations face. Later, as a project manager, he learned the importance of change management and teamwork in rapid project execution. As a corporate leader in a startup, he learned the complex challenges facing today's leaders.
In 2016, Dain founded Rev Ø Consulting to offer organizational development consulting and leadership coaching.
Dain has a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
