About me
I'm a local, Fort Collins baker specializing in seasonal pies! In addition to vending at the Local Farmers Markets, I accept special orders and run a monthly pie subscription. I am increasingly focused on using the local food chain for as many of my raw ingredients as possible and developing my business in an environmentally sustainable manner. This year I am also adding wholesaling to locally focused restaurants.
