About me
After 15 years in non-profit management and two Emmy Nominations for Telethon production, Wayne began his journey in sales as a representative for a non-profit trade association offering benefits and services to Small Business America. Soon promotion to national management positions followed. Wayne realized that he loved sharing the lessons learned from the different selling methods with others. So, in 2005 he became a certified trainer in sales, management, and organizational excellence and began teaching his STEP Selling System.
Today, Wayne enjoys helping companies increase sales through a unique selling curriculum that helps salespeople understand what motivates people to buy. He does fractional sale management, a monthly sales podcast.
As part of his program to help professionals enhance their skills, networking, and social activities he joined the American Club Association and is bringing the first ACA Club to Northern Colorado. Think of the ACA as a private business club without the large cost.
His three business dimensions, fractional sales, sales coaching, and the private business club make up 3D Pro Services.
Wayne jokes that he and his wife, Lori, have been married for 86 years, well 43 happy years for him and 43 tolerable years for her. They have one son, Tyler, and two golden retrievers, Emmy 3, and Mother Kizzie 9.
He enjoys hunting, fishing, flying and riding his motorcycle in the mountains.
