Stephanie is a Founder and Managing Partner of Wolf & Heron, a leadership development firm that specializes in the skills necessary to engage and inspire others. The cornerstone skill that Wolf & Heron teaches is storytelling.
Stephanie holds a B.A from Cornell University, an MBA from the Ross School of Business, and a M.S. in Natural Resources and the Environment from the University of Michigan. She is certified as a Coactive Coach by the Coaches Training Institute and was a member of the Forbes Coaches Council. She has been a contributing author to Forbes and Talent Development Magazine, and speaks to audiences across North America and Europe.
