About me
Caitlin Wyrick was born and raised in Northern Colorado. Her Mother's side of the family has called Northern Colorado home for over 100 years (Indigenous to New Mexico) while her Father immigrated from Mexico in the 1980's as a teenager. Working to create a more welcoming, inclusive community is one of her priorities. Part of this includes bringing awareness to the diversity of people and cultures in Northern Colorado and finding ways to educate others and embrace and celebrate our diversity. In 2020, Caitlin was awarded the 40 under 40 award and named one of the top 40 professionals to be recognized as an emerging leader who is shaping the future of Northern Colorado by BizWest. In 2022, Caitlin was the recipient of the Women's Equality Day award for her efforts in the community to protect women's rights, voting rights, and for creating a community where gender does not limit opportunities, by the League of Women Voters in Larimer County. In addition to serving as the Executive Director of Heart and Sol, Caitlin serves as the Chair of the board of Loveland's Downtown Development Authority and has spent the last 16 years in the finance industry where she manages a local branch in downtown Loveland for Fnbo. She is dedicated to serving her community, working to create opportunities that bring more diverse representation while also uplifting the next generation to take on leadership positions in the community.
