I am a dedicated husband, father to 5, serial entrepreneur, Coach, and Small Business Owner committed to empowering fellow entrepreneurs.
Previously, I grappled with the commonplace notion that success meant sacrificing personal well-being and relationships. In my pursuit of climbing the corporate ladder, I endured burnout, fractured family ties, and restless nights. My journey as a chronic workaholic led to disillusionment.
However, a transformative experience altered my perspective. Joining a small business as its 11th member, I contributed significantly to its growth from $30M to over $100M in just 3 years. The pinnacle was achieved when the business sold for a staggering $1 Billion. Remarkably, throughout this journey, I discovered that balance is attainable. My wife, family, and personal passions were not only valued but encouraged.
