I work with leaders in the social sector--arts and culture, foundations, nonprofits, and municipal governments- to create strategies to change, manage transitions and create an impact on the communities they serve. I do that through community assessments, environmental scans, strategic planning, and leadership development.
I have built a career in the social sector based on creating impact. I believe in consensus-built-strategy based on clearly articulated vision and mission. Those who have worked closely with me know that my passion for creating change has played a major factor in my success.
