Currently, India serves on the Core Team of the BIPOC Alliance, where they work to amplify the voices of marginalized communities. They also hold a position on the executive board of the Black Professionals Network, advocating for Black leadership in all sectors. In addition to their community roles, India is the founder and principal of By the Brujas, a management consulting agency, offering transformative solutions to organizations seeking to foster inclusivity and drive systemic change.
