About me
Colleen Stanevich is a recovering strategic planner who saw first-hand the toll of ignoring human-centered practices and the resulting effects on an overspent, exhausted, burned out, physically ill workforce. Through her own embodied transformation and somatic training, Colleen now uses somatic principles, processes, and practices to bring greater clarity, connection, and presence to her clients.
When people understand their learned tendencies in handling stress, conflict, and complexity, they can being to cultivate awareness, choicefulness, and deeper sense of purpose. Colleen coaches individuals in their own transformation, and also works with teams and organizations to build a sustainable shared vision, resiliency practices, and supportive boundaries that help individuals and organizations thrive.
