Christopher Arnold believes the world needs force-for-good businesses to succeed. He founded Care Deeply Consulting in 2018 to transform managers into leaders so people-first companies can grow. As principal advisor, he teaches conscious leaders how to leverage their care to navigate unhealthy workplace conflict and hold colleagues supportively accountable to results. As a leader in the conscious business movement, Christopher serves as President of the Board for the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center, as a network leader for B2B B Corps, and as an Advisory Board Member with Truce Media, an employee-owned video production company.
