For more than 30 years as a leader and educator, Andrea has supported individuals’ growth, driven organizations to build positive cultures, and led people to achieve strategic goals, operational excellence, and purposeful impact. Andrea builds cultures of fulfillment by guiding leaders to develop and activate emotional intelligence skills, create clarity of purpose and goals, and establish systems with meaningful accountability. Andrea is passionate about creating and facilitating meaningful learning experiences. Combining relevant content with experiential learning, she has taught tens of thousands of people in a variety of settings, from classrooms and boardrooms to the backcountry, in the U.S. and abroad. Andrea has worked with leaders from Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as with education, nonprofit, and other public sector leaders. Whether coaching individuals and teams or facilitating programs for larger groups, Andrea loves engaging people in the learning and development process.
