Maureen Ewing (she/her) is a results-and-heart driven social sector leader in the social sector, with over 20 years of experience empowering nonprofit organizations. She has a proven track record of building capacity for organizations that serve traditionally overburdened communities, including older adults, unhoused individuals, and expanding access to arts, culture, affordable early learning, and more. Maureen is passionate about helping leaders and teams find balance and joy in their mission-driven work through executive coaching and capacity-building support. Her specialties include diversified fund development, grant writing, board development, financial management and fiscal sponsorship, strategic planning, advocacy and coalition-building.
