About me
Sebastian has worked for Trees, Water & People for 20 years, including the last seven as executive director. During this last period his primary focus has been creatively improving the viability of nonprofit careers by reducing friction in the nonprofit workplace, from both internal and external sources. Integral to this strategy has been forming trust-based relationships with those that fund nonprofit work. He argues that investing in staff longevity drives organizational growth that can achieve our greatest goals and objectives.
