This is a followup session to Nonprofit Lifecycles - Knowing Which Lever to Pull Next. Attendance at the previous session is not required.

Nonprofit Lifecycles is a simple way to assess organizational health by diagnosing where your organization falls across five operational categories. In this session we'll dive deeper into how the tool can be used and why it should be used prior to starting your strategic planning process. You'll see how to assess where the organization is today and how to build a Competency Improvement Plan to ensure you have the skill sets needed to accomplish your next big goals.

Join Jana Sanchez and Sebastian Africano to learn how and when to implement the Nonprofit Lifecycles framework in your organization and how your results impact your strategic planning process.
