This diverse panel of non-profit leaders will share their experiences around inclusive approaches to more effectively meeting community needs. We will discuss the principles that inform how they make decisions to better serve those who are most often overlooked and underserved by dominant service models and business practices, and the benefits of doing so. By honoring differences in lived experiences within existing systems, we will learn how these non-profit organizations are putting values of equity and justice into practice, and why everyone should do so.
