About me
Analía Weber is a dynamic force on a mission to foster community wherever she goes. Hailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Analía spent the initial chapters of her life gracing stages nationally and internationally, sharing her passion for dance and presenting her choreographic creations. In pursuit of her artistic endeavors, she earned both her BFA and MFA in dance and choreography.
In the winter of 2022, Analía's journey took an inspiring turn during her leadership training with Leadership Fort Collins. Feeling a profound calling to extend her impact beyond the performing arts, Analía embraced a new career path. Entering her 40s, she took on the role of Development Director at The Family Center/La Familia. In her three years in this new capacity, she has proven to be a fundraising powerhouse, raising over $900k for the organization. Her strategic approach involves fostering genuine connections with individuals, businesses, corporations, and community partners. Currently, Analia serves on the FRCA board and the Alpine Artists Collective board, while actively contributing to various advisory committees dedicated to propelling the nonprofit sector forward as she continues the path to obtaining her CFRE. In addition to her flourishing career in development, Analía maintains a vibrant presence on the stage with her professional performances as part of Impact Dance Company.
As a Latina with a Capricorn sun, Leo moon, and Gemini Rising Analía brings to the table a commitment to hard work, meaningful collaboration, and, of course, a touch of dance-infused energy. Expect nothing less than dedication and vibrancy from this dynamic advocate for community and philanthropy.
